Dark area appeared on meural canvas screen
Over the last few weeks a dark area has started to appear on the top left area of my meural canvas screen (see photo below). Has anyone in the community had this problem before and know of a solution...

Is it still within warranty?
To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.

Hi
Just an update. I now have the problem on 2 meural canvas screens. The photo below shows how it is getting worse. Unfortunately the items are out of the 2 year warranty. I have contacted Netgear support and they have confirmed there is nothing they can do because of the warranty situation. Can only assume these have a life that terminates 2 months after warranty expires and thats £1500 down the drain!
