Dark red letterbox background on Meural Lenora

Hello,I own three Meural canvas' (first generation).&nbsp; One of the Meurals is displayed a deep red letterbox color.&nbsp; All of the canvas letterbox colors are set to black, only the one displays as a deep red.&nbsp; Any ideas?Thanks,Al
