Hello Netgear,

 

I uploaded almost 200 family photos to my Canvas II about two years ago and now I can't find my originals. Apparently, Canvas subscribers are unable to download what they've uploaded. I am surprised there is no way to download MY album. Is there an option in the making for this?

    Thank you for your inquiry into adding a feature that will allow users do download uploaded albums.

     

    At the this time this feature is not availible.

      Great feature. Being able to download your own images from your Meural cloud account or Canvas would be a useful feature for situations where the original source images have been lost.
