Frame connection error.

I purchased a Meural 15.6" photo frame. Despite my attempts to configure it, an error message appears indicating that the device is already linked to a different account. I have contacted customer support numerous times, yet have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. This issue has persisted for several months.
