Help needed with MC315 Meural - registering

This may require involving Facebook Marketplace. Not having a login myself, I cannot seem to find a link on the web site for "how to resolve disputes". i.e. if someone buys something using Facebook Marketplace, what action do they take when the item is not as described?
In this particular case, it is clearly implied that:
- The product functions correctly, and
- The purchaser can use it.
p.s. I would not be surprised if the seller knows very little about the Meural device. One could imagine a domestic partner installing the Meural and no longer being "on the scene" (deceased? divorced? moved away? gone off to college?) The "nice lady" may have no idea about the Netgear account used to set up the Meural and just wanted it to "go away".
