Here we go again

After the fiasco of September/October my Meural canvas was working fine until today. “Invalid Credentials” is what I get from the app when I try to sign in.  Can we get this fixed later than the last issue please?

  • Adding that this is app related as I can log into my account online and send art to my Camvas from there 

  • Yup, mine started working again a few weeks ago, but as of today, my older Canvas is offline again (and as before, my newer one is fine).  I can log into my account fine and upload images to my account as usual, but I can't send them to my Canvas.  Argh!

      Nope.  I was so hopeful when it started working again after the first incident of this, and was even given a "Kudo" by Kevin with the Community Team when I posted that my frame had started working again and that the problem was fixed.  But here we are waiting for a fix again.  Not sure what's going on.  I was hoping to update my frame with some new images that I have, but can't.  Frustrating for sure!
