How to add image author information and description to photos on SD-CARD?

I have created my own collection at home, which I display on my canvas using a SD-card. Unfortunately I couldn't find any way to add image information to the files to show author and description of the displayed art on the canvas.

 

Is there any option to do this?

    Hello stefangeorge,

     

    Once you have uploaded your image you go to the image and select edit, and an edit screen will pop up that allows you to add a Title as well as informational text.

      Thank you for your answer but I am not using the app to upload images. I am using the SD-Card. Only by doing this I can easily display thousands of my own photos. I would need a way to edit it differently.
