How to Change Order of Photos

I've been using Meural Canvas II to upload and display my photos.  I use albums to group the photos.  How do I change the order in which the photos appear within an album?  In particular, I would like to change the order so that it would correspond to the order in which the photos were taken.  This is metadata that is stored with the image.  Currently, the order seems to be completely random and is determined when the photos are uploaded.

    Hello DARoth ,

     

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

     

    I understand that you would like your photos to be displayed on your Mueral Canvas in a particular. The photos on your Mueral Canvas are randomized due to the "image shuffle" randomization feature of the Meural Canvas.

     

    Please follow the steps below to turn off the image shuffle feature on your Meural Canvas:

     

    • Navigate to https://my.meural.netgear.com. 
    • Next, select your initials icon at the top right of the screen.
    • Now select "Canvases".
    • Now navigate to "PLAYLIST BEHAVIOR".
    • Finally, toggle off "Image Shuffle".

     

    When image shuffle is turned off the images will be played in the order of the uploaded album.

      "Image Shuffle" was already turned on in the settings.  The problem seems to occur when the images are uploaded into Canvas.  Is there a way that I can reorder them after they have been uploaded?  Looking at previous posts, it looks like there was a way to do this in the past but this feature is no longer available.

      This can be accomplished by adding your works to a playlist

       

      Please follow the on how to order uploaded photos once they have been added to a playlist:

       

      • Navigate to https://my.meural.netgear.com.
      • Next, select your initials icon at the top right of the screen.
      • Now select "Playlist".
      • Select your desired playlist.
      • Now Select "Manage" (Located on the right side of the screen under "Send to Meural").
      • Finally, reorder your works by dragging your art.

        Kevin,

        Your solution may work for Playlists but I have uploaded the photos as "Linked Albums."  The albums are in Apple Photos (iCloud).  The "Manage" function is currently available for Playlists but not for Linked Albums.  Can this feature be added to Linked Albums?  In the meantime, I have tried to figure out what the logic is that Meural uses when uploading and displaying the images in the Linked Albums.  The order doesn't seem to be based on creation date or file name.  Can you find out what it is?
