How to "edit" the pictures in my playlists

How do I edit the pictures that I see on my Canvas?  Some I have downloaded from the free Membership offerings, and others I have purchased.  I want to be able to see certain pictures for awhile, and then go back to other pictures.  I am still seeing Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, and I would like to "rest" them until later in the year.  Early on thought I knew how to do this, but now I don't.
