How to store photos from other users
Our children can send photos directly to our Meural Canvas.
These photos are displayed on the Canvas in separate playlists. These playlists do not appear in the app or on the desktop login
How can I save uploaded photos from other users externally?
How can I combine these different playlists?

I understand that you are having issues sending photos to your Meural Canvas.
Please follow the instructions below to resolve this issue:
First, Reset your Wi-Fi (Using the gestures swipe down > then Swipe right on Wi-Fi> then reset password).
Next, Ensure that your devices are attached to the same Wi-Fi network as your Meural Canvas.
Then, Add the designated to photos to your playlist using your Desktop.
Then, Then send full playlist to your Meural Canvas.
Finally, uninstall and reinstall the Meural app and connect to your Meural Canvas to see available playlists.
Please ensure that all photos are formatted with one of the following extensions:
.jpg
.jpeg
.png
.bmp
.svg
.gif
.avi
.mkv
.mp4
.mov

Thanks for the answer, but that is not what I asked.
We do not have issues sending photos to your Meural Canvas.
The Meural Canvas receives photos from other invited users. These photos are shown on the canvas in a separate playlists for each user.
Is it possible to download these photos from the canvas or save them on a medium?Regards
