Imposible to registrer my Meural Canvas, support is not replying
I have purchased my Meural canvas back in 2017. Used it for a while but needed to store it for 2 years while covid. Anyway, I have tried to connect it again and for some reason it is not registrated ...

Hi,
Currently I have no canvas in the app. When I try to add my canvas it's indicating that my canvas is registered with a different account/person.
