Increase capacity on Meural frame
My frame has 4gb capacity so I purchased a membership which increases capacity to 20gb using a Meural cloud. When I check my canvas settings, it shows 4gb space only which is full. I cannot see any other options to ensure frame is linked to my Meural cloud I have paid for. Any guidance will be appreciated.

Using the cloud doesn't change the frames internal hardwire. Thats going to be stuck at the 4gb regardless of what you add for the cloud. but with the cloud, the frame can pull photos that you have stored on the cloud storage to display.
some models do support adding and sd card to them.

The upload feature uses onboard memory to allow the canvas to show photos while it is offline. To use the cloud storage users need to make a playlist and then add photos to that playlist.

- But the ability to display playlists from the cloud is dependent on the limited internal storage of the Meural. The scheduler can only draw from playlists loaded on the canvas and not from the cloud. This essentially renders the cloud storage useless beyond 4GB.
