Is this the end?

Bought in late 2017. Has been on the wall since that date (no moves, falls, etc.) and was working fine yesterday. Now, after a few reset attempts, I just get this when I plug it in. Is this the end? ...

    Its not a good sign. 

    Why were you resetting it? 

    Was it having an issue that was causing you to reset it? 

    Got a different power supply sitting around that might match? It needs to have the exact same voltage and polarity but can have more amps. You just need at least the same amps.
