Latest Meural app does not work on my iphone 12 using OS 18 or my ipad using OS 17.2
My iphone and my my ipad do not work with latest Meural app version 7. Just get spinning circles. Both devices were working fine with previous versions of app.

Having the same problem. My iPhone Meural app will not communicate with the Canvas despite unistalling and reinstalling.
The app recognises the Wifi of the Canvas,

The issue described is different from the issue that you are reporting. Please try to following steps to resolve your issue:
First, uninstall then re-install your Meural app to ensure that your Meural app in up-to-date.
Next, Navigate to my.meural.com.
Next, Select your initials on the far right.
Next, Select Canvases.
Next, Scroll down to Canvas Software Version.
Next, Select the arrow on the right of the software version.
Next, Select update on the top right.
Then, connect to the same wireless network as your Meural Canvas.
Now, log into your Meural app.
Then, select "CANVAS".

Thanks for the thorough directions. I am able to log in on my computer and I have updated the software version on the Meural frame itself. I can also change playlists etc.
However, the instructions you gave did not change what happens on my iphone. I still get an unending spinning circle. I have deleted and installed the app at least three times.
Can we download the previous version of the software? It was working just fine for me.
