Latest Meural app does not work on my iphone 12 using OS 18 or my ipad using OS 17.2

My iphone and my my ipad do not work with latest Meural app version 7. Just get spinning circles. Both devices were working fine with previous versions of app.

      Hi

       

       

      I have done as you suggested.  Update was not required.  My meural app shows that the app is online with the canvas,   but unable to send any commands from the app e.g. swiping, uploading etc.etc.

       

      This is frustrating as the only way I can control the canvas is swiping the frame.
