Latest Meural app does not work on my iphone 12 using OS 18 or my ipad using OS 17.2
My iphone and my my ipad do not work with latest Meural app version 7. Just get spinning circles. Both devices were working fine with previous versions of app.

I reset my password as suggested (along with the previous suggestions about updating my Meural firmware) and I'm still getting the endless spinning circles in the iOS app. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reset my password, nothing has made a difference.

Just spoke with Negear level 2 support and have a solution that worked for me and may work for other people. Try this: login to my.netgear.com (not my.meural). Click on the person figure at the top right and select “Manage Profile” Then pick the “Edit Profile” section If your “Choose Country” is blank, set it to your correct country. Click “Save” at the bottom and go try to login to the app again The support person says this is a known issue that affects all of Netgear’s apps since they added the new one-time code security check to them. Also, setting the country has fixed it for some but not all users. We didn’t try this because Netgear support wanted the data from the Choose Country test but I bet it will also work if you turn off Two-Step Verification which can be done like this: login to my.netgear.com (not my.meural). Click on the person figure at the top right and select “Manage Profile” Then pick the “Login Setting” option Then pick “Two-Step Verification” Then uncheck “Enable” and click “Disable” in the pop-up box that appears (if you don’t have pop-ups disabled in your browser settings) Good luck.

The Mr Storm solution worked for me (thankfully). Love the device, underwhelmed with the software. Here's to hoping it's on a better path.
