Looks to me that netgear has terminated the meural devices… are they still going to keep the app

Best Buy don’t sale them anymore here in Montreal, Canada . I have 3 frames , hope they will maintain their app running for their customers.

I cannot keep my Meural connected to Wi-Fi. I always get a error message and it’s extremely frustrating. I need help please

When the app on my phone is unable to connect to my frame , I log out and I login again, it is annoying but it works.

My Canvas was refusing to connect to my WiFi. The app that I was already logged into kept complaining that my canvas was offline. As part of troubleshooting, I reset my Canvas and removed/reinstalled the iOS app. Now the iOS app (version 7.0.0 build 32) will not let me log in - it accepts my credentials then shows the app's home screen for a blink and then logs me out again. Those same credentials work fine at the website. iPhone 17 Pro Max running iOS 26.2. I also created a brand new user account and the same happened.
