lost cleat mounting for Meural Canvas MC227

Need a replacement cleat for mounting Meural Canvas MC227 on the wall- was on the phone for over an hour and transferred 4 times without luck.  Anyone have any idea how to replace it so I can hang it on the wall?  The swivel doesn't seem to be something my version is capable of supporting according to the instructions and pictures.

 

Lost the powercord too.  Tried a 12v i had and the frame flickered, so trying to find one of those too.....that is what happens when you move...you end up loosing something!

    Did you ever procure a replacement wall cleat?  I also moved and lost my wall mounting cleat in the process and looking for a replacement.

    Replacement parts are not one of Netgear's strengths.  Most hardware stores carry French Cleat picture hangers for under $10.

    Spend a little more and get an aluminum cleat that can be cut with a hacksaw to match the size of the hole in the back of the Canvas

    Another solution might be to put two screws in the wall and let them stick out enough for the Meural Canval to hang from them.
