I understand that you are having issues connecting to your MC315 wirelessly. In your post, you note that you are getting error messages when trying to connect to your MC315. During the initial setup processes, you are prompted to connect to the Meural digital frame and then to connect the digital frame to your wireless network. Please ensure that your mobile device is connected to the same wireless network that you designated for your MC315. To verify connectivity navigate to https://my.meural.netgear.com/ log in using the same credentials you used for the Meural app, and then attempt to upload a photo to your MC315.

- CschratzAug 27, 2023AspirantI am having the same issue. My product keeps showing up as “offline” in the app and continues to loop the welcome screen. I followed these instructions and ensured my wifi was correct. Is there anything else to do here? I’ve already factory reset, undownloaded and redownloaded the app.
