Meural 2 - What's Up...Discontinued or Not - Help!

I own a considerable amount of your products. I have owned numerous routers (Nighthawk, etc.) and Mesh WiFi systems (Latest being the Orbi 970 + 2 Satellites), and high speed LAN switches, etc. I also own (or have owned) 5x Meural 29" photo frames: 3x of the original 29" photo frames (2x Photo Frames failed), so I purchased a replacement Ver 1 and then when the Ver 2 was made available I purchased 2x of the Meural II photo frames - of which 1 of the newer Ver 2 photo frames has also failed). It's frustrating to say the least that the failure rate is so high. To date, I have not taken any specific actions to get these photo frames repaired because my experience is that the displays are too time consuming and difficult to repair. So, you could say that despite the issues I've encountered, I'm invested.
I do have to further state that Netgear further frustrates me because there is absolutely nowhere - anywhere - where I can find new / replacement Meural II 29" frames. As noted above, I've had 2x original Meural photo frames fail and 1 of your Ver 2 Photo Frames fail. This has been a very frustrating experience - especially given that we had the cords run in our walls to hide them - makes for a wonderful clean look, but now I'm stuck unless I want to switch to a different manufacturer.
I have searched high and low for the 29" Meural 2 photo frames, but they are literally impossible to come by these days....this is, I suspect, others who own these large format photo frames and have also expressed concerns that Netgear has (or will be soon) discontinued your Meural product. Given that no one has any available, I too share this same concern 4 months later. These photo frames are quite expensive all things considered and I hope that you continue to produce and support this product.
Please advise on status of the Meural 2 (or replacement) production and availability.

Then most likely they are still supported by NG. They may just not be produced anymore. Something to contact NG support about. NG doesn't give out productions plans or availability in public forums.
