Using latest Apple iOS and Canvas OS 2.19, App OS 5.0.10 build number 4672.
Similar issue, app says INACTIVE but website seems to say account is active. Also tried logging on/off, didn't work.

Same issue I paid for my annual membership but Meural says I do not have a membership when I search fort art. Yet they Meural website shows I paid my yearly fee
