Meural Annual Membership
My annual membership renewed for $73.53 on 12/2/2020. However when I sign into Meural and look at Account Settings / Subscription Status it listed as INACTIVE. When I go to browse/discover art work,...
I am having this issue too. I was charged 23 days ago and yet I do not have access to the library for which I’ve paid. Are there any support people monitoring this? Thank you. (Also sent an email to customer.service@netgear.com with no response)
