Meural Automatically Turns Itself On After About 4 hours

MC227 (I believe), Software 2.0.7. My Canvas recently upgraded to the latest version and now when I turn it off it keeps auto switching on after about 4 hours. I have auto brightness on; Sleep when room dark off; I've tried changing the Light Sensitivity to no effect.

 

Any ideas ?

    Thanks, the update appears to have worked, no further problems over the last 48 hours, the canvas stays off.

      Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

       

      I understand that your Meural Canvas is turning on automatically without any user interference with Meural Canvas software version 2.0.7. Please update your Meural Canvas to the latest version which is the Meural Canvas software version 2.0.9 at this time. 

       

      To update your Meural Canvas please navigate to the following settings from your Meural App:

      Tap on Canvas

      Then select the gear icon at the top right

      Next, tap Canvas settings

      Scroll down until you see 'Canvas Details'

      Then Tap Software update. 

       

      If the issue continues change the light sensitivity to low and turn off auto brightness. 

       

      Please keep me updated on the progress of this issue!
