Meural back online
I have two Meurals, one is an original (purchased before Netgear) and the other one is a Netgear model. Several weeks ago the older one went offline and would not come back after numerous attempts, reboots, trying to re-attach to network, etc. The second one was fine. So I've been following these posts about Netgear working on the problem for a while now. Yesterday, however, it suddenly came back online and is working fine again, so I'm supposing Netgear figured out the problem. Not sure how others are making out with this, but at least glad to see that I no longer have a brick on the wall.

I almost can’t believe it. Both of my MC227 canvases are back online after the pushed 2.09 update when I restarted them. I’m grateful Netgear chose not to abandon us to the four winds indefinitely.

Argh! I take this back. As of 12/5 my older Canvas is back offline and once again I can't send my images to it. This is so frustrating!

that must have been frustrating! It’s great to hear that your older Meural is back online—it sounds like Netgear might have resolved the issue quietly. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
