Meural Canvas - issues with getting gesture control to work

We have had no problems previously with our Meural Canvas but for some reason the wifi dropped out and now we cannot bring up the menu because the hand gestures are not working. How can we bring up the menu?

    I find that holding an index finger pointing up held 10cm 4in left/right of the dead centre of the bottom mount, drawn slowing across the centre (1 second) works well. Use an index finger pointing left or right above or below the dead centre as above - down for the menu, up for description.

    Hello,

     

    I am having the same issue. the MC315 wifi connection quit. I reset the frame back to factory settings. Now I cannot get into any of the menus by gestueing. I have tried my index finger as suggested. Even tried my middle finger. 

    Is this a bug that Netgear is awareof?
