Meural Canvas 15.1" display .HEIC file upload
Currently using PC Win11 Netgear app https://my.meural.netgear.com/
Netgear claims that .heic file formats are supported.
I created a Playlist.
I desired to upload .heic files. Selected the new Playlist "+" to add photos to the playlist.
The window appears that allows me to select the photo files for upload.
However, the upload screen does not show the .heic file format as a valid format.
I choose "custom" which allows me to select my .heic files for upload.
The Meural app shows the selected .heic file to be uploaded.
But the upload action just sits there forever.
Netgear claims that .heic file formats are supported, but they don't appear to be accepted as a valid file format, or as a format when a Custom File upload is selected.
Where am I going wrong?
