Meural Canvas 2

I am uploading MP4 and other videos that are compatible yet they shrink so small (like 1/3 or 1/4 of screen) they are useless to keep in playlists. No resize or fit screen option change helps. What can I do to play this full size? Super frustrating!

    I understand that your videos are not being displayed as expected on your Meural Canvas 2.

     

    Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

    Please ensure that your videos are formatted to .mp4.

    For vertical images the video should be cropped to use a 9:16 ratio, cropped to fit 1080 x 1920.

    For horizontal images: 16:9 ratio, cropped to fit 1920 x 1080.
