Hello Oliver,
I recently had the same problem and found that in order to change wifi networks, you have to unregister and re-register. Here's how I did it:
- Open the app and go to the Settings section (Gear icon on upper right)
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Delete Canvas
- Close the app
- Power cycle the meural. Make sure your phone doesn’t connect to it.
- Open the app. It should ask you to register your canvas
- Enter the Product Key.
- It will then tell you to connect to the canvas.
- Once it’s connected, it will give you a list of connections to choose from. Connect to one of them and you should now be online.

Chris

Thanks!- Facepalm_MemeMay 14, 2020Tutor
My content was stored in the Meural portal. When you unregister and re-register, you're just disassociating and reassociating the Meural canvas with the your account on the Meural portal. Therefore if your content is stored there, and you're using the same account, it will still be there even if you unregister and re-register.

If I changed just the password do I still have to deregister the account?

If you mean that you changed the Wifi password, then yes you would have to do that whole process over since that is the only place you can tell it what to connect to.
