Meural Canvas II - Issue with storage, we are members and getting storage full message...

We have three canvases and we use them exclusively for playing our family photos.  I have put a playlist on each and when trying to add a new one it says our storage is full.  I have deleted all play...

    Yes, we were, but the app always shows disconnected. - evidently many many people are having this problem.
