Meural Canvas II storage
I have 3 Meural canvas II's and have added images to all 3. Do the images actually get stored in the device or just on the cloud? In other words, if I turn off the wifi in my home, will the canvas ...

I have just received and set up Canvas II and only now am reading somewhat alarmingly the issues relating to not being able to control displaying images on an SD card to the canvas. Has anyone actually been able to get the Canvas to display just SD card stored images?
It is scarey to think that after spending nearly a thousand euros for the 27inch version that one is being forced to purchase images from the galleries. I do a lot of photography and image editing, with some Astrophotography, so I am quite happy to observe my own images. Occasional Masterpieces (apart from my own!) are of course always nice but dont want my arm twisted to avail of that all the time.
Would appreciate any help at all :-)

The frame is great, the software and storage sucks!! I bought the SD card loaded thousands of images but the software won't turn the frame back on in the morning to the SD card. If you want to add pictures you need to take the frame off the wall take out the SD card, load the pictures, put the sd card back in and re-hang the Meural. I wound up paying for the cloud storage. Loading pictures and controlling through their cloud works fine. But I shouldn't have to pay extra to do that.
Such a rip off.
