Meural Canvas II usb port
Good morning, I am told that there is a usb port next to the SD card slot. Mine seems to be missing???? (see attached pic) Not sure what my next step might be. Thank you for any suggestions. LJ

I understand you are trying to access the USB port on your Meural Canvas II. Please note that the USB port on your Meural Canvas II is reserved for developer use.
The USB port is located toward the bottom right of the reset button.

What actual model number do you have?
There's a support site with access to manuals, firmware, install guides, etc.
Go to https://www.netgear.com/support/
Type in your model number and from there it'll take you to the above.
