Meural canvas not powering past boot screen
My Canvas stopped working randomly. It was working fire for a year and stopped working. I've tried factory resetting but it won't load past the initial boot screen. It just goes black. I called suppo...
I removed the canvas and app from my device. Then went through the reset cycle a few times. The start up screen appears for a while then back to the black screen with no response.
I have the exact same problem. Any solution?
No solution, sadly. I've talked to support a couple of time and each time we eventually get to "sorry, your device is out of warranty". The only option is to purchase a new device, which I would not do after this one died a shortly after a year.
