Meural disconnecting

I own 4 large Meural canvas on smaller canvas.  I have the same problem with all of them.  They all disconnect constantly from wi-fi and the app.  The photos on some will still show and so I do not attempt a reset on those.  

Now, I also have to manage the ones I have bought as gifts.  Which is where it gets even more frustrating.  I have purchased 3 small ones and 2 large ones.  They are at different locations all with somewhat the same infuriating issue.  When some go off the screen goes dark and the pictures are gone.  Others photos will cycle but there is just no wifi.  

At all of the locations the wifi is fiber except mine.  Out of the six different location three netgear routers are used, 2 routers from isp, and one ubiquiti pro.

I have emailed support about this a while back with no response.  I have been watching the forums.  I am very upset that I have wasted money on this product.  I love it when it works, but it is a horrible product when it does not....It makes it a horrible gift!!  This was the worst gift I have ever saved up for.
