Meural frame message "shutting diwn shortly"

Question

Why all of a sudden am I getting a message on both my Meurals "shutting down shortly", then to get them to work again I have to pull the power 5 minutes. I should have to do this and I haven't changed any settings since I set them up. What is going on?

I can imagine two potential reasons:- a scheduled firmware upgrade in process- something keeping the power button pressed
