Meural Frame screen black and unresponsive

My Meural II canvas has been fairly reliable until this week when the screen went black and on the website it shows "offline".  I tried a different compatible power adapter thinking that might be the problem with no success.  Now, the My Meural section of the website is giving me an error message.  "400 Bad Request".  I know the canvases are no longer being produced and they can't be bought from Netgear anymore but has all support and operations ceased?  Thanks.
