Meural II canvas distorted images
Hi there, I was wondering if someone can help with my Meural II canvas. The Meural has been working fine but recently the images have started distorting. see link to video below. IMG_0.MOV ...
Is it all images?
Or just your own?
If its all, first try a reset/reinstall.
If that doesn't help, then I'd start the RMA process.
It’s all the images - event those purchased from Meural store. What is the RMA process?

- Looks like a hardware issue to me. Raise a warranty replacement ticket. If it’s out of support then try a factory reset and another power adaptor to rule that out. Failing that, as a last resort you could take the back off and take a look for any loose connectors.
- Thanks - I tried the reset and used a different adapter but still having the same issue. have raised a warranty ticket.
