If you login to my.meural.com, and go to your profile, and select your country code, then the Meural app will complete login. This worked for me evidently the new software requires the country code be selected.

I have tried a few things to try and fix this, deleted the app on my iPad and iPhone and then re-installed them. Rebooted both devices and still no luck logging in it just spins as mentioned in my first post.

Having the same issue. After following the above instructions here (factory reset canvas, reinstall mobile app). After attempting to pair my canvas to my home wifi, the app shows, "wrong network name or password"
I have tested and confirmed my network and password are correct with other devices.
Have tried using both the QR code or manually entering the Product key. Neither work.I am not able to get the app to connect the frame to my mobile phone. The meural will only show the welcome screen with QR code.
