Meural Photo Display & Storage Advice Please - NAS / RJ45
Good morning all. Reading about Meural with a view to buy a couple but could use some user advice and experience please in answering a few questions. Connect to NAS - think the Meural has an RJ4...

But on the point of NAS and RJ45? Can the frame connect to a NAS box? And is there an RJ45 connection on the frame that can be hard wired to the network?
These are key decision makers first. If the answer to these is yes and it's easy to achieve then for sure we are ready to place orders.

OK no NAS support. Not so good. So can a large SSD device be connected? Say a 2TB Samsung T5?
But is there an RJ45 connection and is the device able to connect to a home wired network (all Netgear of course)?
Pictures I've seen show yes but a confirmation would be useful and the limitations of usage .... if any.

Yes, the ethernet port is used for connection via a home wired network.
However, the Meural Canvas is compatible with a micro SD card with up to 512GB of capacity.

Hi Kevin and thanks for confirming.
Not to sound rude but your answers are very closed and miss a lot of my questioning out. It results in a lot of follow up which causes me extra questions and you extra work. Can you see my reasoning looking back through the dialog? I was sort of hoping for support in a more dialog based format rather than just selected closed questions. I'm trying to build confidence and knowledge to invest in two of these expensive devices and continue my considerable investment with Netgear.
So good that RJ45 works and will connect to my Netgear network. And I will be able to see the device via my Orbi RBS853 router and windows network?
But no reply to my comment about reported poor functionality of the gesture facility. Any updates or advice to improve/ maximise performance?
On the storage side, is it limited purely to SD card? USB or SSD are not options in any form?
And the SD card limit of 512GB ... is that a tested maximum or just a theoretical maximum? I ask as many times such limits are quoted, it is often possible to go higher but may just not have been tested.
