Meural screen black
My meural has been working more or less flawlessly for years, and for the first time in well over a year I added some more photos to the library to be displayed, which worked okay, then a day or so later, the Meural just had a black screen, and now doesn't boot up or respond at all
Not sure what I can do to troubleshoot this. I tried the factory reset, but still just a blank screen on power up.
According to the app the software version was 2.3.2_2.0.12
There was 3.2GB free of 4GB
And last sync was 2025-09-27

I am experiencing the same. Issue started somewhere about 2 weeks ago. Product was working fine and now random "black screens" instead of images. It appears to be cycling through the images, but randomly has begun throwing a black screen instead of an image. At first, it was just a few here and there, and now, a majority of black screens with a few images here and there.
