Meural Swivel Mount
I have mounted my swivel mount level according to both its built-in level and my own. When I mount the canvas however, it it not level. It sits in a "notch" in its landscape and portrait positions and neither are level. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

did you check it for debris behind the mount? or behind the inside of the meural mount?
does it happen both ways you hang it (to see if its a mounting issue like loose in the wall)?
Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I can see no debris behind or inside the mount. The mount is firm on the wall. The issue happens in both landscape and portrait mode. I can rotate the frame to a level position, it is just that it is just short of the spot where it "lock in" to its intended position (which is not level). I guess I will just see if it stays at the level position by itself?
huh. I have 2x meurals and they both sit level so long as the mount is level.
I've tried them in portrait and landscape and haven't had issues.
worst case? Pop the mount off the wall and turn the canvas around so you can see it. Manually put the mount on it with it off the wall so you can see if the mount is level or what could be causing it to not be level. If its straight there, then it has to be how its mounted to the wall.
