Meural WIFI photo frame apps dont work. Invalid credentials message.
Connection to app stopped working. Receive message Invalid credentials on Android phone and tablet. Same issue with IOS. Stuck with actual pics and configuration. Resetting password does not solve it...

I understand that you are not able to log onto your Meural app using the Android operating systems due to unrecognized credentials.
Are you able to log into my.meural.com using the same credentials you initially used on your Meural app?

- That is correct Kevin. I log in to my meural online. But the app gives invalid credentials error. I tried to change the password, but that did not help. Online account works, but app doesn't.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
First, uninstall then re-install your Meural app to ensure that your Meural app in up-to-date.
Next, Navigate to my.meural.com.
Next, Select your initials on the far right.
Next, Select Canvases.
Next, Scroll down to Canvas Software Version.
Next, Select the arrow on the right of the software version.
Next, Select update on the top right.
Then, connect to the same wireless network as your Meural Canvas.
Now, log into your Meural app.
Then, select "CANVAS".Please keep me updated on the progress of this issue!

Hello Kevin,
Managed to solve the problem by eliminating cache and data from the Meural App. Logged in again, asked for password and could connect to the service. I then proceeded to update the firmware. Restarted both the frame and phone. It connects without requesting the password. Clearing the data on the phone made it work again. The firmware update was just to make sure it would still work after it.
Hope that helps other users that I read have the same issue.
