I understand that your MC315GDW is unable to connect to the sever. Please restart the Wi-Fi on your Meural frame to resolve this issue.
Please follow the instructions below to restart the Wi-Fi on your Meural Frame:
Swipe down to open up the menu
Navigate to Wi-Fi
Select restart Wi-Fi

Hi Kevin,
Ik did all that! Factory reset, restart wifi, connecting to a 2,4 wifi and so on! I red all posts on this forum. Nothing helps. Please explain to me: The frame is connected to my wifi network and has an ip address that is within my range. The app shows a local ip thtat is different. Not in my ip range. How can the app find my photo frame?

Thank you for your response!
I understand that you were able to connect your Meural Canvas using your Meural App.
Please do the following to connect your Meural Canvas to your Meural app:
First, uninstall then re-install your Meural app to ensure that your Meural app in up-to-date.
Next, Navigate to my.meural.com.
Next, Select your initials on the far right.
Next, Select Canvases.
Next, Scroll down to Canvas Software Version.
Next, Select the arrow on the right of the software version.
Next, Select update on the top right.
Then, connect to the same wireless network as your Meural Canvas.
Now, log into your Meural app.
Then, select "CANVAS".Finally, verifiy the network connectivity on your Meural Canvas.

Hi Kevin,
Thnx foor your answer, but i tried all that. It's because de Meural has no server connection i can't update the software on the Meural. I believe it has something to do with the different ip's of the Canvas. The ip on the Canvas itself is different from the ip the app or my.meural.com shows. Both the app and my.meural.com show under canvas information a wrong ip number.
Please help: i bought this product 3 weeks ago an can't use it without this working.
