Meurals constantly moving back to showing 'offline' and will not respond to apps or website

We have 3, so not a small investentment and I've been a subscriber for years.

 

I'm really about to sell all three of them on ebay and try the Sharp TV/Monitors as these have become so unreliable.

 

Every time I go into the APP it says they are all offline, they are playing photos from a prior upload but there are all completely unresponsive and the only fix has been to reset and completely set them all up again... 

 

any ideas what's going on?  

 

This started happening this year, before that they worked reasonably well.

    You're not alone - I've been having this issue for months now and it's a pain to have to keep resetting and setting up from scratch just to change the photos on the canvas. I used to rave to others about this product, but now it's so unreliable that it makes it hard to do so as I can never use it when I try.
