I'm having same issue. Lost WiFi connection and now frozen on set up page identical to your image. Any luck on your end yet. I see that no one replied with a fix. Thanks. Jacque

You need to factory reset your canvas (search online and you’ll find instructions). You then need to open the app and select connect canvas - where it asks for the QR code it say “don’t see code” underneath - click this. You will be asked for the product code, this is on the back of your frame and usually starts “MEU” - put this in and follow the instructions.
Netgear support have been totally useless for me. Had to figure this out myself. Good luck!
