Older Meural Canvas

I have an older Mueral canvas.  I have not added any photos in a long while and want to add new photos.  When I try to register the Canvas it will not let me do it - says it is already registered (probably to my old account).  I do not have access to the old account (the old email is disabled).  How can I get this Canvas onto my new account?

    You can contact NETGEAR Support for help getting your canvas deregistered from your previous account, then you can do a factory reset on the canvas and rerun the setup.  To contact Support please log in to MyNETGEAR and click support. One of our support experts will be happy to help.
