Phone app not displaying all images in the playlist

My phone app displays only about one third of the images I have in my playlist in the Meural Canvas II.  I do not think the canvas is displaying all of the images that are in the playlist.  Can anyone help with this issue? I only have about 100 images in the playlist.  The app is displaying about 35. Thank you

    Hello LJ701, 

     

    I understand that you are experiencing issues with your Meural app displaying the number of images on your Meural Canvas II. 

     

    Please try the following steps to resolve this issue:

     

    Turn off Orientation Match on the Meural App by doing the following:

    • CANVAS
    • Settings
    • CANVAS Settings
    • Toggle Orientation Match off

    Ensure the Meural software is current 

    • CANVAS
    • Settings
    • CANVAS Settings
    • Tap Software Update at the bottom of the page 

    Uninstall and reinstall the Meural app.
