How can you move a photo from one playlist to another? If you select the photo from the playlist, there is not an option under the three dots concerning playlists. If you view the photo (or any pho...

Hello larryrup ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you would like to move photos from one playlist to another using your Meural app. One way to achieve this is to add the desired work to the desired playlist from the original playlist. Then remove the photo from the original playlist.
To achieve this please follow the steps below:
- Open your Meural app then tap "Your Library".
- Tap the playlist that your photo is currently located in.
- Next, tap your desired photo.
- Then, tap add to the playlist.
- Tap the playlist you would like to move your photo to.
- Finally, tap "Remove From Playlist" ( If this step is done right after the step above the photo will be removed from the original playlist).
Best,
Kevin

Thanks for the reply. I have one more bit of confusion on playlists. From the web interface, if I choose canvas, across the top starting about half way to the right, there are the following options: Settings Scheduler Playlists Linkedalbums and Works. If I choose playlists, two are displayed, and when I choose the three dots (...), there is no options to add or remove from a playlist. What are these? They are marked "On Meural" If I choose my initials and then playlists, the lists I created are available and I can move or delete them from the playlist. What are the these? Why aren't the lists I created shown? I know I can display the lists I created as I mentioned above, but I do not understand why selecting anything marked Playlist does not display all the playlists. How can I move them to the playlists I created? See snips attached.
Thanks
Larry

Hello larryrup,
Thank you for your response!
I will be happy to answer your questions!
When you use the web GUI and navigate to “settings” you are navigating to your Meural Canvases settings. When you navigate to “Canvases” ->” Playlist”, there are two playlists called sampler classic and sampler modern. These are the generic playlists that are included with your Meural Canvas. The sampler playlists can be shared or added to the favorites but not edited. The playlists that are shown under the “Canvases”->Playlist option, are the playlists that have been sent to your Meural Canvas. Once you send a playlist from the “Playlist” option to your Meural Canvas, the playlist’s name will be available under the “Canvases”->” Playlist” option. Your custom playlist can also be edited under the “Canvases” -> “Playlist” option once it has been sent to your Meural Canvas. Otherwise, you will need to navigate to the” Playlist” option located under your initials to see an overview of your available playlists.
Best,
Kevin

Thanks much for the explanation. So, while I previously sent the photos in the playlists I created (one photo by one photo), I did not send the playlist as a whole. I've done this now, and do see them as you indicated. So, likely (very likely by my own doing), I have photos in the two default playlists that are mine, on the canvas, but not in any of the playlists I created. If I delete the two default lists, I assume the photos are gone and not recoverable? There are photos in there I'm not sure I have a copy of. Since I can't move them to another playlist (before deleting the playlist), is there any option of saving select photos in these defaults?
I have children that contribute to the Meural by means of the invitation feature. They are not editing them and likely of large DPI which takes up lots of space on your cloud storage. Is there no way I can edit them?
Lastly, I read that vertical photos on a canvas that is set to display vertical should be sized to 1080 by 1920. When I do this, they are displayed way smaller than the canvas display. I tried "stretch" but that cuts off an undesirable amount of the photos. Is there a solution to this?
Thanks much
Larry
