Problems canvas

Everything was working fine but after clicking update software all is wrong.

Had to reset the canvas to get it back online again.

Results:

-power button not working

-app says offline, restart wifi....(that doesn't work because its powered off)

-Have to disconnect power suply for a minute to start the canvas back up.

 

any suggestions?
