Product already registered
Hello,
I am having the same problem and have been talking with phone support for over a week with no reponse or solution. Still have an open case here > Case Number — 49217081
Please help is appreciated!

The frame was in fact registered under my name but when scanning the QR code to set it up it says its still registered to someone else when it is not.
