Replacement power adapter for Meural MC227

I need a replacement AC adapter for my Meural MC227.  I have called three phone numbers and been on hold with Netgear for three hours and no one has the information.  They cannot help me in the online store support nor technical support.  I need a link to purchase or the specs to find an alternative.  Thank you.

    Has support been able to follow up with you? We currently do not have additional power adapters for the Meural available for sale.

      No, no help at all. I've been on hold for several hours and talked to three people.  No one call help.

        I have the exact same problem, and I’m getting the exact same level of garbage help from customer support. I can’t believe I invested so much money in a mural, and I can’t use it now because my power cord was damaged.
